The project site is located in a farmland of Java Island, Indonesia. And the farmland is surrounded by mountains. The 3g4g signal on the top of the mountain is relatively stable, but the farmland area is blocked by the mountains on all sides, and the signal is very weak, cause it can not use the mobile phones normally.
